Terms of Service

No fine-print games. This is exactly how our terms of service works at IronPeak Fitness.

IronPeak Fitness sells home gym equipment, including heavy items; always follow the assembly and load-capacity guidance on the product page and in our setup guides.

1. Orders

An order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we send your order confirmation email. If an item is unavailable or a price was shown in clear error, we may cancel and refund in full, notifying you promptly.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are in USD, are the full product price, and shipping is free. Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment — there are no hidden fees. Payment is captured securely through our hosted checkout.

3. Product information

We take care to show accurate titles, descriptions, prices, availability, images and, where the data provides them, brand and SKU/GTIN on every product page. Minor colour variation from screens or lighting is covered by our free 30-day returns.

4. Shipping and returns

5. Intellectual property

Site content, photography and design belong to IronPeak Fitness or its licensors and may not be used commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

6. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights for defective goods. Otherwise liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the relevant products, and we are not liable for unforeseeable indirect losses.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA. Please contact us first at ReachUS@IronPeakFitness.com so we can try to resolve any dispute informally; claims may then be brought in the state or federal courts of Kansas, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your state of residence.

8. Changes

The terms in force for an order are those published here when the order is placed.
